Shipping and Return Policy
Delivery InformationOrders are shipped by USPS, UPS or Fedex. All orders will receive a tracking number and emailed to you once product ships. Normal delivery time is between 2-6 days depending on your location from our warehouse. La Tortilla Oven obtains the right to use an alternate carrier to meet our customer shipment policy.
- Delivery time does not include the day a shipment is placed into service.
- Shipments are delivered Monday - Friday (except holidays).
- Currently, items ordered now will ship the following day.
Estimating DeliveryThe "first business day" is ALWAYS the first day AFTER a package is placed into service. The counting of days in service always begins the first day AFTER a package is placed into service and not the day a package is shipped. Saturday and Sunday are NOT counted as business days.
Holiday ScheduleThe following holidays and there will be no deliveries until the next official business day:
- Memorial Day.
- Independence Day - July 4.
- Labor Day.
- Thanksgiving Day.
- Day after Thanksgiving.
- Holiday Vacation - December 23 - January 1.
All orders will be shipped the following business day. Online and phone orders will be shipped according to the actual time and date that the order is receive by our shipping department and NOT the actual time that the order was placed. La Tortilla Oven is NOT responsible for any delays in shipping caused by a computer or network outages. Items can go out of stock without warning. In the event of a holiday, please call for our special holiday shipping schedules.
Shipping Guarantee & Liability
Shipping dates are approximate. All shipments are guaranteed through our carriers only and in accordance with their terms and conditions. La Tortilla Oven does not guarantee the time of delivery for any package. If conditions arise which prevent compliance of delivery schedules, La Tortilla Oven shall not be liable for any damage or penalty for delay in delivery or the failure to give notice of the delay, and such delay shall not constitute grounds for cancellation. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, La Tortilla Oven shall not be liable for delay by reason of inability, due to causes beyond its reasonable control, to obtain the necessary labor, materials, or manufacturing facilities, or for delay due to the elements, acts of God, acts of the Purchaser, acts of nonperformance of suppliers, acts of civil or military authorities, priorities, fires, floods, epidemics, quarantine restrictions, war, riot, strikes, differences with workmen, accidents due to machinery, delays in transportation, or any other causes beyond the control of La Tortilla Oven whether or not similar to the foregoing. In such event, delivery dates shall be deemed extended for a period equal to such delay. International customers are responsible for any duties and taxes applied to an order by the host country and these charges must be paid by the customer at the time of the delivery.
Do you ship to my country?
Please create an account by clicking the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. During signup we'll ask for your shipping address details including country. If your country is not in the dropdown menu of available countries, unfortunately we cannot ship to your country at this time.
What are my payment choices?
During the checkout process you may choose any of our current payment options and continue to place your order. Please note that we will not ship your order until we receive payment from you.
When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges?
Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. We will ship your order shortly after we receive payment from you.
What is the return policy?
All sales are considered final after 30 days from the date of the invoice. Shipping is NONREFUNDABLE. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Please see order policies for more information. Orders that are refused delivery on the receivers end will be charged a 25% restocking fee and the original shipping charge for the delivery.
