Satisfaction Guarantee
We want you to be 100% completely satisfied with your order, if there is a problem with any of our products please email us right away so we can rectify the situation. You must email us within the first 30 days from the date of the sale or all sales are considered final. If an order is damaged, incomplete, or incorrect La Tortilla Oven will perform one of the following at the customers’ request:
1. Give a full refund once the item(s) are returned back to La Tortilla Oven. Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. The customer is responsible for any and all shipping charges, insurance, and duties, taxes, or tariffs on all return shipments, including defective products. If the item is being returned for credit, the credit will not be issued until the item has been inspected and confirmed to be defective or retuned in original condition.
2. Give a credit for the amount of the missing item(s). Note, if an item is missing from a kit the customer cannot be credited for the total amount of the kit only the item missing
3. Ship a replacement item by US Priority Mail service. Replacement item are ship by US First Class or Priority Mail only, if a customer needs a replacement item sooner than US Priority Mail, the customer will have to pay the difference in any upgraded shipping service charges.
Return & Exchange Procedures and Steps
STEP #1: Email La Tortilla Oven to tell us what is wrong with your order.
STEP #2: Select remedy options listed above. If you select option #1 you will need a return authorization number (RMA#). The RMA# must appear on package for return to be accepted.

We will do our best to process all returns as quick as possible, please allow 10-15 days for a refund to be issued. La Tortilla Oven will not refund any shipping cost occurred in retuning an item. Failure to follow these steps will result in no refund at all!
